Northern Pine Inn Pet Policy
Your pet is welcome here! All we ask is that owners and pets follow a few simple House Rules to make sure all of our guests enjoy their stay with us. Please initial before each section and sign at the bottom. Any questions can be answered by the Front Desk Staff.
There is a $10.00 per pet, per day fee that will be charged to your room folio at check-in.
All pets must be registered at the front desk as they are allowed in designated rooms only. Unless there has been management approval, there will be a $100.00 cleaning charge if pets are found in undesignated rooms.
Pets must not roam freely about the premises and shall abide by all leash, or other applicable laws, rules, or regulations imposed by any applicable government authority or ownership. Please see the front desk if you need a “doggy bag” to keep the premises clear from fecal matter.
Pets should be under 25 pounds. Larger animals must be approved by management.
Housekeeping will not enter any room which has a pet registered. Extra towels and amenities will be provided by request at the front desk.
Pets must not be left unattended in the room.
Pets must not cause a disturbance or negatively affect the accommodations of other guests at the property. Any refunds or money paid out to another guest on behalf of the hotel due to pet misbehavior will be the responsibility of the pet owner.
Any damage to the hotel room or property done by the pet will be the responsibility of the pet owner. The front desk has a fee schedule that is available for reference.
The hotel has the right to refuse entrance to or request the removal of any pet that is oversize, menacing, barking excessively, or that refuses to follow the House Rules.
